In stock at Sydney distributor (has been for a couple weeks IIRC)
I know I'm a bit late answering this thread, but do not purchase a 6230i.
There are some serious issues with this phone.

For some reason Nokia cant get the software sorted out. Supposed to be
rectified after ver 3.3, but still problems

Software glitches like its predecessor the 6230? My 6230 is physically
robust enough, although the software plays up on a semi-frequent basis.
Interesting to see if the 6230i has the same fault.

Well, I did buy one, and i'm quite happy with it aside from the fact
it decides not to do GPRS and needs a reboot every now and then.
I got it on release day so i've had it for a while.

Don't you love Nokia releasing their phones so we can PAY to beta test them.
Maybe nokia is actually microsoft.
Phones will come good after a few firmware upgrades.
