Can anyone tell me if an phone from Three (Hutchison)ked will work with
another carriers(GSM) sim card? And will a GSM phone that is not locked to
any network will a Three sim card work in that phone?

If not locked, yes.

Nope. As the recent 3 card uses diff voltage or instruction sets or
whatever.
I've seen Nokia 6100 and Panasonic X70 used to work with 3 USIMs.
