Let me get this right, first: you get a new k750i on the Optus $49 cap
plan *without* any handset repayments? And on top of that it's only
$29/month for the first six months? How'd you swing that?
Do you just ring them up and say something along the lines of "I'm a
loyal customer, gimmie gimmie gimmie"?
Cheers, Robert.

When I rang up (and got a similar deal) it went like this.
Me: I would like to find out what you can do with our two plans that
we currently have. Both come off plan in a week. We're spending in
excess of $300/mth in the combined bill, but I've seen the Telstra and
Vodafone ads about call caps and stuff. Can you guys do similar
CSR @ B: Sure, let me just have a look at your account. No problem,
I'll just put you through to the B Mobile Solutions team.
Me: Thanks

<Within 5mins a deal was offered and accepted>
Too easy.
FWIW, one of our existing $33 plans was switched to a $49 cap with a
K750i on $15/mth for first 12mths.
