im trying to sus out a cell fone for mexico, i understand roaming and
all that blah blah and i could just get a fone here etc, but i just
want to tell people about the cell i used in mexico :-)

ok then, at www.telcel.com i can find the fones, and the plans, but i
dont understand how getting a fone works on a plan. is it outright? if
so ow much cause i cant seem to find prices for them anywhere.

I'm interested in the v3 and k750, but a link and explanation would be
more useful than just the prices themselves.
