I dont think Virgin is doing it... or Optus. I know Vodafone is releasing it

Voda and Optus have agreed to build and share the 3g network
They will offer independent service
ie voda vlive with 3g
optus zoo etc
Vodafone have launched already
check out www.vodafone.com.au
dont know about optus

Optus has just re-designed the Zoo website, now supporting 3G applications.
