How many calls do they make? How long are the calls? Are they calling
landlines? Mobiles? International? Do they need MMS or GPRS?
You'll need to figure all of this out then look around at what's on offer.

That's the problem. Have to get them a phone before they start as
part of the package. New position.

Get something on no contract and let it run for a couple of months so you
can see what their calling patterns are. That will put you in a better
position to select the correct plan.
