Telstra Live Assistance: What happens on Fridays????

Went to try and get some assistance (haha) through the online chat and
was greeted with:

 Telstra Online Assistance is currently unavailable. Our hours of
operation are:
          
   
    Monday - Thursday:      08:00 AM - 09:00 PM AEST
Friday:      08:00 AM - 11:30 AM AEST
Saturday:      09:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST
Australian national public holidays / Sunday:      Closed
   
It is currently 11:40 AM AEST on Friday

Whats so special about fridays?

it may be a typo and meant to read 11.30pm.

Tried getting part time work cleaning the dunnies at Optus on Fridays?
I've heard they are pretty filthy with the curry remnants of their
Indian staff ;)
