Telstra has as one of its "featured" phones, a Samsung Z510. I was
wondering if "frozen yogurt" is still here. He or she said in a post in
may that he or she owns one.

Or, if anyone else here owns one, what do you think of it? We've only
had Nokias, other than a foray into  the Ericsson and LG brands a few
years back. I'm wondering what the Samsung's like for ease-of-use,
particularly with predictive text SMS, phone book management, call
register (details, etc.) and data interconnectivity with PC software?

Thanks

I like mine, but the menus are a bit slow, and after Nokias some of the menu
procedures are a bit of a pain.
When I miss a call it comes up with the message bank message, which you have
to read otherwise it leaves the icon on the screen, and then you get the
missed call message, which you have to exit from before you can return the
call.  Maybe it's just me, but the menus have not been thought out as well
as some other phones.  Also it is missing voice dialling, which is a royal
PITA, as it makes using via bluetooth useless. (and I was told by the sales
droid when I purchased that it had voice dialling)
Sorry for the rant, I still like it due to the size and it appears quite
robust.  Even after six months i my pocket there are no scratches as the
case seems to be all metal.
