3G Cell Broadcast

Now that all the main players have implemented some sort of 3G network
in Australia have any of them implemented Cell Broadcast? I am on 3 and
they haven't bothered doing it.

I can confirm neither of the two current UMTS networks do Cell ID
broadcast. My 6233 complains every time it swaps from GSM to UMTS that
the Cell ID isn't available on this network.
