management.

The Board of management of the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman
(T.I.O.) is "controlled" by Telstra.

This is the reason why most TIO complaint level 3 are "finalized" by
Telstra.

Most of the other telecommunication players ( board members) are only
present for the quorum and for the Board of management to look
