Can anyone identify the company that owns the number 19907799?
Tel$tra SCUM are concealing their identity and collect revenue on
their behalf.

Yes, a text message arrived from 19907799 last night. I have not
subscribed to any such service, I have not sent a text message to
their service. When I check my account balance I was charged $2.50
for their sh.t.

if you call your phone company (telstra), for EVERY charge they can tell you
- the name of the company
- their ACN
- their telephone number
