Undoubtedly. Unfortunately, though, I don't live my life by what resolution
cameras are available in phones. Just that what I have used and seen aren't that
much chop.

Yep, for sure. eg. in the stupidmarket. Missus wants some exotic brand of indian
curry. can't seem to find it. See something similar. take a photo and MMS it to
her. She can then say yay or nay.
I understand that a top end Nokia now has a 5mp camera. Now that sounds like it
would do the job. Dunno if it has a zoom function or not. Mine does, but it's
digital zoom which is OK for zooming in on a photo while viewing it from the
phone. But as you'd expect, quality isn't that flash when you do that.

You need to work out how to find what you want when upgrading your phone/pda etc.

Its quite adequate with the higher resolution cameras.
