Like i have one SIM that says 64k. But another that says nothing on
it. Is there a 128k or above? what does it all mean?

No idea.

Nothing much at all with modern phones which have
internal memory in addition to whats on the sim.

Not sure. All I know is that with GSM at least, there are at least three
'types' of SIM in use. My original Optus SIM (thank god I am no longer with
that stupid company!) was a type-1 which I'd had for at least 10 years,
though my new prepaid one (dodo, with vodafone) is a type-3.
I don't know anything about what that actually means in terms of the way it
changes how the phone works or how it deals with the carrier's network(s)
though.
