It comes as no surprise, given how expensive it is. But for businesses
it's probably a good tool to utilise.

Not that the phones are much chop when it comes to navigating web sites
that are primarily designed to cater for screens with a resolution of
1024x768 and a min. of 800x600.

And it's treacle-slow to boot.

But this may be more of a function of the phone's processing power than it
is of the actual connected and download speed that's available.

Its fine with a decent phone.

Pig ignorant lie.

Thanks for that completely superfluous proof that you have never ever
had a f.cking clue and why you need to bludge off some damned union.

How would you know Rod Speed, you still have an AMPS handset, Motorola
brick.

How would you know Rod Speed, you still have an AMPS handset, Motorola
brick. How dare you accuse him of bludging off a union, as you have done
nothing but bludge off the PMG and Social Security for years, living in your
own filth.

The guy lives in fantasyland. He has no idea, whatsoever about whatever I
do, whether I bludge of unions, social security or whatever. He's full of
sh.t. Dunno why you chaps bother with him.

Indeed!

Well the main problem is cost and the second problem is that a phone's
screen is too fscking small! It's a bit hard to stuff a 1280 x 1024 displays
into a tiny device. 8-)

>And it's treacle-slow to boot.

Yep that's true, and on a non-postpaid plan, there are significant
restrictions on how the web is accessed, and the cost of the data traffic is
immense. When telco's charge 25 cents to send a 160 byte text message, it's
any wonder they love mobile data usage since it's a free ticket to huge
profits.
