no bluetooth device in control panel winxpsp2

Just installed WinXP sp2.
SP2 is supposed to install a Bluetooth Device
item in the Windows control panel but it is
just not there.
Anyone else find this omission?

Did you have a previous Bluetooth software? If SP@ install detects a
previous Bluetooth software installation it'll not install its own Bluetooth
stack.

Yes,I had a logitech keyboard and mouse installed.
I will try a reinstallation of SP2.
