I want to access the internet with my Palm T3
I can currently hotsync my palm via bluetooth.

This is what I have.

Win2000 with all service packs
3com Wireless Router
Comcast HS cable internet direct into WAN of router
All IP's and DNS is set by DHCP on router
IP address range is 192.168.123.1 ~ .100
I do not have Microsoft ICS enable. It gives an error, some other
device is used 192.168.0.1 IP address

The bluetooth dongle is set at 192.168.0.1

Should I enable DHCP for the dongle?
Any suggestions?

You should use ICS. Check our Bluetooth Guides for instructions on how to
connect the Palm. It sounds like the Bluetooth is already using the correct
address, but some other device (the router?) is using the 192.168.0.1... Can
you change your network?

If not possible to use ICS, then try using MochaPPP via a serial
connection - the same one used by Hotsync though.
