I have an A-LINK Bluetooth USB adapter and a WIDCOMM software version
1.4.2 Build 10 that came with it. When I try to install the WIDCOMM
software on Windows 2000, the installation hangs on "Uninstalling
Bluetooth Network Adapter". I have tried to install the software with
the Bluetooth adapter plugged in and out. Also, I have tried to
unistall the previous WIDCOMM software, but that hangs also.

I found one reference to a similar problem on web:
http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=286298, but no
solution was proposed there. Does anyone know a way to solve this
problem without re-installing windows?

XMAS present this morning and I'm getting the same problem.  Does
anyone know what the fix is for this?
