Has anyone made software for a PC that'll let it emulate a cell phone?  For
skype and/or VoIP sessions?

I'd like to be able to use my Uniden ELBT595 base station to 'pair up' with
something that supported skype sessions.  If I could also pair up with a
VoIP line it'd also be great.

Suggestions?  Anyone seen or heard of such a thing?
