My BT500 started acting up about 2 months after purchase. For
whatever reason, once in a while it would start beeping about 2 beeps
per second. Turning it off and it would still beep for about a minute
after power off. Sent an email to Jabra, and after a reply, got an
RMA number and it's on it's way. No ifs ands or butts. Just a copy
of the receipt, and off it goes. Should have it fixed/replaced in 5
days.
