Cardo Scala 700 and Motorola RAZR V3 Ringtones

I just started using my Cardo Scala 700 Bluetooth headset with my
Motorola RAZR V3.  On receiving incoming phone calls, my phone's
ringtones ring.  Instead I get this loud old fashioned  R-R-Ring! in my
headset.  Is that the only option or is there a way to have my phone's
ringtones play in the headset?

You're doing better than I am with my V3M and Scala 500. Even with the
headset connected, the phone still rings with its normal ringtone. I'd be
happy to get the headset to ring instead, regardless of what plays there.

Have you tried un-pairing and repairing?
