called LYDIA M THATCHER 3 times and left her
voice mail to call me the 4th. time i called her at
6am she hungup the 5th time i called at 602am
she would not talk to me about the bad check
she said it was to early and that she would call
me at work she never did. i told her she was
avoiding me that i have called you 3 times and
left voice mail telling her to call me over the last
4 days she said she was not  avoiding me.

Writing NSF checks is a criminal act. Over
certain amounts it becomes a Felony.

You should first take the NSF check to the
local prosecutor/district attorney's office and file
a CRIMINAL complaint.

you can turn the check over to a Collection
Agency or Collection Attorney, who will take
over tracking down, prosecuting and collecting
from the deadbeat. If/when
they collect you usually get 50% of the face value of
the check. Otherwise it costs you nothing at all.

Ideally I would like to go to small claims court,
No, that's not "ideally"

Winning the case is easy, *collecting* the judgement
is the hard part. Best to leave it up to the Professionals,
either the DA, a Collection Agency,
or a Collection Lawyer.

Personally I don't give a sh.t because it is just SPAM.
