Sorry, my dongle is an "MSI." Yes I can get "my bluetooth places" and
when I hit the BT on the phone the phone and the PC find each other.
I just don't know what to do next. I know, I can do "anything!" I am
looking for just "one thing!"

Can you use the Windows Explorer, right-click on a file and then choose
"send to Bluetooth" or some similar entry?
puttster already mentioned that, but maybe you overlooked that sentence.
