Ok I have a T-mobile Krzr and just installed a MCI dongle.   Now I am
unsure of what to do next.

I have some mp3's on my PC, I'd like to see them transferred to the
phone, that would simplify my life.  Also, If I take a picture, I'd
like to transfer that to the PC.  If I knew how to do those things,
that would be a great start, but I don't know what to do to get the
ball rolling!

Help would be appreciated!

Have you paired the phone to the PC yet?
Does your dongle provide "my bluetooth places"?  Double-clicking on that
might open lots of possibilities.

Without the "my bluetooth places", you might still be able to right-click
on a file and "send to" bluetooth.  Does MCI offer any help?  What's an
MCI?

There's also Mobile/Motorola Phone Tools, MPT, for the Krzr.  You can buy
it for under $10 on eBay or Amazon, and it makes moving files and
synchronizing contacts fairly simple.  It is made by bvrp.com

Sorry, my dongle is an "MSI." Yes I can get "my bluetooth places" and
when I hit the BT on the phone the phone and the PC find each other.
I just don't know what to do next.  I know, I can do "anything!"  I am
looking for just "one thing!"

Can you use the Windows Explorer, right-click on a file and then choose
"send to Bluetooth" or some similar entry?

puttster already mentioned that, but maybe you overlooked that sentence.
