I am a quadriplegic. To use a computer I use voice dictation software
Dragon NaturallySpeaking version 9. I am looking to get a Bluetooth
behind the ear headset that I can use with my computer. I am thinking
of getting the Motorola PC850 adapter with the Bluetooth H500
Headset. Is this a good combo or is there something better.

My roomie got in a wreck and was in a body cast, he considered that (a BT in
the ear headset, already had one he used with his cellphone), but didn't
want someone to have to stick the thing in his ear.. Went with a wired one
(wire under his shirt and out by his waist, no charging needed), and an over
the head headset (was comfy enuf to stay one/use all day).... He used a
different feature of that software (NaturallySpeaking Version 9, while they
do have the BT in the ear headset stuff, you can do a whole lot more with
wired), to not only type stuff, but also to control his puter by voice, and
added skype/skype out so he could make voice calls, and x10 control
software, so he could control any electrical devices that connected with
their ac plug/devices..
That being said, his fear (may not apply in your living circumstances) was
what would happen if the BT headset charge ran out...
