It can't be done.

Besides, I'm sure you will not find a tutorial for the Thinkpad and the
Motorola H700.

Me, I have an IBM Thinkpad A31p and the Motorola HS850 earphone and have
failed EVERY time to get the two to pair for Skype. It just can't be done
or if it can, nobody has done it and lived to publish exactly how.

I even installed "vitaero (SkypeHeadset) 1.4" but it just asked for more
drivers and I gave up. Maybe you'll get better mileage with it though?

I have paired many things with the Thinkpad.  Thinkpad mouse, Nokia 6126,
Motorola V3, and a few headsets: Motorola HS820, H670, Plantronics 510,
Jabra BT250v, Sennheiser VMX100.

With the exception of the Plantronics, the headsets all have one
limitation:  They only pair to one device at a time.  If you pair your
headset to your phone, you have to disable that pairing before you can pair
to the PC.  The Plantronics can pair to two devices at a time, out of the
remembered pairing of eight devices.

Do you have the Bluetooth icon in your systray?  A double-click on that
should bring up the "My Bluetooth Places" window.
"view devices in range", Turn on the headset.
"search for devices in range".  If the headset is in pairing mode, it
should appear in the window.  I just brought up the Motorola H670.
The light should come on steady blue for pairing mode.  On the H670, you
can force pairing mode by holding both volume buttons and the call button
for 10 seconds, and the light goes solid blue.
Single-click on the H670 icon and "establish pairing" from the menu on the
left. This pops up a box that asks for the security code, 0000.
A check mark should appear as part of the headset icon.
That's the last time you need to do that.
double-click the H670 icon.  In the first window, select hands-free, no
display.  In the second box, select Skype, If you select the other option,
all of your PC sounds will go to the headset as the default Windows device.
Finish.  Now you should have a green double-arrow in the icon.

Skype, Tools, Options, Audio Settings, "Bluetooth Hands Free Audio" should
appear.  When you select that, and save, you should hear a few seconds of
hiss in the headset, as Skype turns the headset on and off.  You should be
able to place a skype test call on that screen.

When you turn the headset off, the icon should go back to a red check.
Next time you turn it on, it might prompt you to accept the connection.
There is an option there to automatically accept the connection.
