Belkin Bluetooth USB on Windows -- So Slow.........

I've purchased the Belkin Bluetooth USB v1.1 adapter and have
installed the software using their latest update from the Belkin
Website.  It has been installed in a, guess this, Blekin USB Hub
within which I also have a Microsoft USB mouse installed.

Once installed the mouse is virtually useless unless I remove the
Bluetooth device.

Has anybody else experienced such poor performance?  It is rather
frustrating trying to navigate without a mouse.

Thanks in advance.

Frustrated Bluetooth user.

Not experienced it myself, but have heard of lots of problems from people
trying to use bluetooth adaptors on a hub. Maybe its 'cause of the
reduced/shared bandwidth thats caused when using a hub? Try it without the
hub and see if this fixes it.

Thanks for the response.

Instead of using Windows Server 2003 I loaded the software on my
ThinkPad running XP.  Plug Bluetooth into USB and everything works
fine.

BTW, I've noticed the USB mouse, also on the hub, exhibits strange
behavior without the Bluetooth device and with the software installed.
Since then I've removed the software and all is fine again.

Thanks for the prompt response.
