I have a bluetooth enabled Tablet PC and want to be able to connect my
legacy (USB/PS2) keyboard/mouse to it, preferably via bluetooth.  Are
there any converters out there to turn the devices to bluetooth
(besides with just printers)--rather than to bluetooth-enable the PC?

Thanks for any help!

Never seen a converter for a keyboard or mouse. You could just buy a BT
keyboard and mouse.
