Hello there,

I have a Ipaq 5550 and am considering buying a Nokia 6310i or a Siemens S55
to make use of the Bluetooth functions. Sorry if this is a very simple
question but would one phone be any better/quicker/easier/more reliable than
the other for the Bluetooth.

Any advice would be much appreciated

Regards

Michael

I don't have any experience of the Siemens S55, but I have used combination
Ipaq H5550 + Nokia 6310i and they worked together easily.

If your local operator supports E-GPRS (EDGE technology over GPRS), I
recommend considering a Bluetooth phone that supports it. You can expect to
to three times better data transfer rates than with regular GPRS. Suitable
phones are for example Nokia 6230 and 6820.
