Hi,
I have a USB Bluetooth dongle model: HTQ-BD01 (manufactured by
Microtune) - came with Widcomm driver version 1.3.2.7. Sometimes, when
I insert the dongle, Windows XP (SP1) doesnt recognize it. Sometimes,
Windows XP crashes on inserting the dongle, and produces a blue screen
of death, with one of these messages:

USB_BUGCODE_DRIVER (common)

or

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Has anyone encountered similar problems? Does anyone know how to fix
this?

Thank you :)

Never run into this problem but I always advise people to make sure they
have all the latest and greatest patches installed for Windows. Also when
installing SW like the Widcomm stack I always make sure I install as
Administrator and have all Virus Scan SW and any other non-essential
applications shut down.
