As of  03/31/04, TZONES is now available for TMOBILE EasySpeak Customers. It
is touted as a FREE Limited TZONES. I have requested it on 2 phones, one
came up almost instantly, the other is still waiting. It requires a phone
call to EasySpeak CSR at *EASY from your phone and ask that the new TZONES
feature be added. NOTE: The whole time my rep referred to it as Do I want
GPRS added, and I have added GPRS Sir, so if you get a rep who seems unaware
as to what you are referring to, maybe GPRS is the internal BUZZ word for
this. This requires a TMOBILE GSM1 900 Mhz phone with GPRS capability, of
course
For now, the service is FREE and at first view, the TZONES Menu I have is
basically ACCT Info, News Sports, Wallpaper and Ringtone Sales. But, after
changing my default homepage from wap.myvoicestream.com , I am happily
surfing along. I havent checked everything out, as to secure pages (I can
pretty much assure you they wont be including those) But for now, for FREE,
I can definitely say, I'll Take It!!

I will be exploring this new service throughout the day and posting updates,
findings, points of interest  etc on my site http://kickme.to/wirelessworld
So check in for news and info. If you have any problems just post a message
in Tech Support and I will see what I can do to help you out.

FWIW I called CSR this morning. She accepted my request to add the feature
but told me that it would not be accessible until April 1. This does not
jibe with your post, and some on HoFo indicating that it is available
today. I'll wait it out...

Posted too soon.

I was waiting for the "G" indicator to appear on the screen on my 3595,
but apparently it does not show on the "idle" display. I went to T-Zones
30 minutes after speaking with CSR, and the "G" suddently appeared and I
was at the T-Zones home page.  It works .. neat ...

You sound like we all made it up.

No. I can't for the life of me figure out how you reached that conclusion.
I have no doubt it's real ... just that CSR responses vary widely.
