Yes, it's true. But the MX900 comes with its own Bluetooth dongle, which by
the way uses the same Widcomm stack. If you have a MX900, you can either use
the mouse with your current USB dongle, or remove the original software and
use Logitech's one.

In this case, yes you can keep using your internal Bluetooth and connect the
MX900.
