I subscribed to a new wireless program at AT&T that was supposed to
have no upfront costs, but later found a charge of $32.09 for some
equipment that I didn't order (a battery charger to use in the car).
Of course it is impossible to reach a real person at AT&T wireless on
the phone or by e-mail who can actually make a decision and solve my
problem.
Since I could not reach anyone at AT&T regarding this mistery charge,
I had it blocked by my credit card.
AT&T is not canceling my account and charging me $250 for the
cancelation!
Am I the only customer being harassed by AT&T? Or are there other
"valued customers" out there in the same position? If so, how did you
solve this problem? When I manage to reach someone over there, it is
never their problem. I am transferred to another number and get
disconnected!
Is there any recourse for this harassment?
