A couple of days ago, my dog ate my Nokia 3595. I just paid off this
phone and cannot afford another. I have a friend that has the Nokia
3650 and we both subscribe to T-Mobile. Will my SIM card work in the
3650? If so, I keep reading about this unlocking code. How can I go
about making this work? Any help is most appreciated!!!

It should work.. that's the point of SIM cards, being able to switch
them to different phones. You shouldn't need an unlock code, since
you're both T-Mobile customers. The unlock code is for when you need to
use one carrier's SIM card in a phone you bought from a different carrier.

Are you a Brit? If so, try one of the other networks, for cheaper calls.
02 texts are very cheap, so you may want to try them.

If you both are on T-Mobile the phones should be cross compatible. No
unlocking code needed.

If his 3650 is a T-Mobile phone, simply move the SIM to it and it will work. If
it is from AT&T or Cingular, it will probably SIM locked to that carrier and
will not work without being unlocked.
There are a lot of people unlocking Nokia phones for $5 to $25 that you can
find on the web. It isn't really an issue with Noika phones any more.
