I was wondering how their service was and how their Customer Support rated? I constantly see them brag about superior customer service and stuff, and was wondering if anyone had any experience that would back that up. U.S. Cellular covers a lot of the midwest, including the Chicago area and parts of northern Indiana. In fact, they just set up shop here in the South Bend area just a few months ago and have really become a force to be reckoned with. Eric When I first saw this message subject, I thought "of course, there are cellular users who are in the U.S. in this newsgroup". I meant the provider named "U.S. Cellular". They provide coverage in the Chicago, LA and various midwest markets. Eric I have been a US Cellular customer for about 7 years and live in mid Missouri. I travel from coast to coast, both on business and pleasure. I have yet to find an area where I could not use my phone (unlike many other providers whose customers travel to my area). The couple of times I had a problem with a phone, they gave me a "loaner" and were prompt on the fix. I have nothing but good things to say about US Cellular.
