My fiance n' I, each, have one of these. Her problem is, that, she cannot
receive incoming calls. I cannot make outgoing calls, except for 911. I will
point out, that, I did put a password on it so, no one could make outgoing
calls, should they happen to find it. The problem with mine is, I have tried
every possible combination I can think of, for the password, except for, using
the alphabet. I cannot figure out, how to put letters in, to verify the
password. I have an idea, with letters, what the password might be. I have
tried every numerical combination I can think of.

Hi John,
Still down by that island with bad cell service?
Enables "netmonitor" screen
001#12345#
FYI PRL *#837#
Start with 3101 for the code on Netmonitor and then scroll up or down.
Nokia testmode is pretty cryptic, but you should recognize some of
the screens info.
Maybe more info here...

Are you sure????
Up 'till your message I have always been told and believed that there was no
Net Monitor on the 3595.
I am currently without a 3595 but will try it this weekend when I get home and
have another one.

OOPS ancient first post.
Chris you may be able to program your way through the problem or get a
clue from the programming code below
Not sure if this is the exact program code for that phone.
Often the phone number or its last digits are used in secure codes.
Note the correct amount of digits. Good luck!

NOTE: Nokia has a special code (SPC) or Subsidy lock code that
carriers request when subsidizing the cost of a particular phone.
Currently phones that are purchased through Verizon Wireless do not
use a subsidy lock code or SPC code. Should you attempt to activate a
phone for a customer purchased elsewhere, this code could potentially
be needed to allow you to program the phone. These codes are ONLY
available from the carrier, the manufacturer will NOT release these
codes. PLEASE CHANGE SPC´s TO DEFAULT: 000000 see LONG

You are correct. I have the 3585i cdma phone. My dumb mistake and some
dyslesia...the above codes apply to the Verizon/CDMA 3585i and 3589i
phones. Sorry for the confusion.
