I got my cingular bill yesterday with an extra charge of $5.99 for
direct bill charges. The bill states that you have to go to
www.cingular.com/db to review the charges. I can not go there and
Cingular customer service cannot tell me how to get there or what the
charges are for.

I want to dispute the bill but no where on the 9 page bill is there
any fine print that tells you how to dispute the bill.

I have had it with these a.sholes.  I'm simply going to drop my
service and they can to shove the termination fee.

Anyone with any helpfull sugesstions?

This is not the first time that I have had troulbe with Cingular

Simple... tell them you don't have Internet access. If the rep refuses to
assist, speak to a manager. Works 99% of the time.  if you write a letter,
write "cc  FCC" (you don't really need to actually cc them, it's just an
attention getter)

In other words Todd thinks it's OK to lie!

The world would end if someone put cc on a letter and did not cc them?

Would I use this "lie" to "assist" someone in doing the right thing as they
should have done in the first place? Yup! No problem. Guess I'm going to
hell.

Why would you do that?  Cingular will certainly notice that the FCC
didn't forward a duplicate of the complaint and will know you're lying.

Like a lot of husbands throughout history, Mr. Webster
would sit down and try to talk to his wife.
As soon as he'd say something though, she'd fire back with,
"And just what the hell is THAT supposed to mean?"
Thus, Webster's Dictionary was born.

Cingular will not wait the months it would take the FCC to react to a letter
before reacting themselves.
