It's fairly simple: Get a court order, or ask the owner.

well,its like finding a person that calls to your phone, but you dont
know who called and the only thing you have its ther cell number, but
its really hard to find cell number online, unless someone knows a
easy
way of finding that info.

Call the number and ask... Short of that, or a subpoena, you won't get
