When I press and hold 1 key to dial voice mail, it says dialing voice mail
and after a few seconds, I get three beeps and hangs up with "no service"
message.

I have the $19 Nokia Tracphone I purchased last Nov. I set everything up
including voicemail and it worked fine. In May, I was not able to get to the
voicemail using the phone, but could retrieve messages from any other phone.
Now voice mail does not work altogether including callers can no longer
leave a message. To setup the voicemail, I have to use the 1 key but, of
course, it is not working. Tech support person seemed confused when we went
through the setup and I got the three beeps.

Anyone run into this situation? Did you get it resolved?
