Is there a cellular service, with phone, that gives me voice quality that is
as good as voice quality of land lines?  I use my phone for business, and
the low quality of the voice makes it very hard for me to understand a
conversation, especially when talking with people I do not know well.
Thanks.

Join a carrier that uses GSM and get a Nokia phone. As long as you are
within 1 mile (1.6km) of a tower, it will sound like a landline call.
