I am considering getting new a cell phone with email capabilities and was
wondering if AT&T still uses port 25 to send out email.  I know that Comcast
is trying to get there subscribers to change to an alternate port and was
wondering if AT&T is doing the same.

Some phones support only standard SMTP (port 25).
Others also support SMTP over TLS (port 465).
