Good morning all. Has anyone had any good or bad experiences with Samsung
repair? I sent a 307 to be repaired because aparently the audio amplifire
blew and no sound could be heard. They sent it bak rather promptly with the
repair completed however, now, the signal strength is greatly decreased and
where it used to work i get extremely broken up audio and bad signal. My
motorola v60 and nokia 6340I work %100 better. Is there anyway I can get
them to simply replace the unit? It is still under Warentee. Thanks for any
thoughts.

Turn it back in again ASAP. If you haven't purchased any accessories for
the Samsung yet, and don't intend to use GPRS, you might want to consider
trying to trade up to a Motorola T720. See if you can work some kind of
deal to get one free, considering your current phone is busted and still
under warranty. I usually hate Motorola, but that particular model is
really nice on the Cingular GSM network. My wife has one, and I'm thinking
of trading my Nokia 3595 for one, also. GREAT phone. -Dave

That is a trade down, not up.
