It's tedious to type in all my contacts and their numbers when I'm
getting a new phone.  So I'm looking for phones that can grab its
numbers from Microsoft Outlook or other PC phonebooks.  What are some
of the options out there for this?  How good are they?

Posting in the Cingular forum, I can assume you are using a GSM phone. If
you are, you have a SIM card that can store your names and numbers. It won't
store additional information, but you can transfer the names/numbers from
SIM to phone memory and back on most phones. With some phones you can also
"sync" them with Outlook. I know my T616 has this capability, and multiple
connect options to perform the sync.

Of course if it is just a matter of wanting to transfer the contacts between
phones when upgrading, the easiest solutin (If name and number is all you
are transferring) would probably be to just do it straight from the SIM.
