I've had the old "Home 75" plan (Michigan area) since 1999 or so.  AFAIK, this
plan comes with free nationwide long distance.  For some reason, Cingular have
been charging me toll calls recently even when I'm in my home area.  I called
customer service many times but they all insist that my plan doesn't come with
this feature.  I no longer have the old plan brochure, so I have nothing to
back me up.  I have the slightly later one with the "Home 50" plan and it does
come with free nationwide long distance.  Does anyone know?  TIA!

Move up through a few levels of Customer disservice. The idiots working the
first couple level s are lucky to be able to figure out how to turn on a
wireless phone, much less know anything about plans.

Can you confirm if the old "Home 75" plan has LD included?  I need to make sure
before arguing with the higher up CS.  Thanks!
