Can I use an ATT or T-Mobile phone?

I have an LG 4010 and it does not work good at all. I also have a nokia 3595
that works great. My question is that I want to buy a 3595 off of ebay and
wonder if I buy one that has ATT or T-mobile will it work for me as a
replacement for my GSM LG4010 which is on cingular.

If it is 'unlocked', then it will work. You might have better luck
searching for a CINGULAR 3595. Then it wouldn't matter whether it was
unlocked or not. In either case, if you get a Cingular 3595 or an unlocked
3595 off ebay, you can just take your SIM out of the LG phone and pop it
into the 3595 and it should work great. -Dave

If it is unlocked it will work.
