Web Site and Automated 611 incorrect

Since Both MY Account on the Web and the automated 611 no longer
subtract mobile to mobile minutes from your use, one needs to speak to a
live operator to get a correct total.

I guess I'll just call in twice a day until they get the web site
corrected.

Phil- is that you?  Sounds like your love affair with Cingular is wearing
