Question?

Why can I not send pictures to my mom's cell phone. I have a $2.99
package that is supposed to allow me to do this. Can I only send to
Cingular phones, or can it be any phone on any network. My mom has
Verizon, I have Cingular... what to do?

Get on the same network. Even text messages gateways have been difficult,
much less multimedia messages.
