V551 EDGE on ATTWS?

Will the Motorola V551 work on ATT wireless business plan?
What feature do I have to ask them on the plan just data?

Not unless you can somehow find an unlocked generic one -- Cingular currently
has an exclusive, and the phones are both Cingular-specific and locked.

Actually, when I enter my work e-mail address and zip code, and follow
the link to choose a phone and plan, it has the old blue plans, but
mostly orange phones, such as the V180 and V551.

What matters is what SIM you get, not what plan you are on.
