I recently moved from T-Mobile to Cingular. I had a Sony Ericsson T601 with
Tmobile and got a Z500a with Cingular. Can I move my sim card from the Z to
the T and use it with Cingular as well?

Only if the Tmobile phone is not locked. Put your Cingular sim in it and
see if it works.
