Nope.
PTT either requires a protocol written from the ground up to support it
(i.e., iDEN) or a protocol with advanced extensions; GSM is not advanced or
extensible enough to support that, only CDMA is.
The only way Cingular would be able to implement PTT would be to change
their underlying (GSM) architecture, which is NOT going to happen anytime
soon.
