I realize this has probably been asked and answered a gazillion times but I
can't find the answer.  How can I transfer ringtones from one phone to
another?  I recently upgraded phones on Cingular's service.  The phones
(both Motorola) are working fine.  Can they be sent as a multimedia message?
Help Please.

Digital Rights Management might restrict the transfer of copyrighted
ringtones.  Public domain or free ringtones may be sent one at a
time by multimedia message.  This might be complicated if you only
have one SIM card.  Unless you turn off automatic downloading, you
will be sending the messages back to the same phone.  With one SIM
card, you would send several messages with automatic download turned
and then switch the SIM card to the new phone to download the
messages.  You repeat this until all the ringtones you can send are
transferred.  You might also investigate the Motorola PC software
using the appropriate cable(s) to transfer content.
