is there any way to put new ringtones on a v60t (not v60ti), because i cant
find it for this phone on the cingular site or motorola site. do you have
to do it through the phones wap browser? or another way?

No. The original v60t did not allow you to download ringtones. Just
one of the reasons I upgraded to the samsung s307.
